Interesting write-up on video search with some q&a from Dabble's Mary Hodder. "Every time someone does something to a video (bookmarks it, tags it, searches for it, e-mails a link to it, marks it as a favorite, blogs about it outside Dabble, embeds it into another Website), Dabble considers that a "gesture."
